1. About this policy
This policy explains how AILL handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use services that reference this policy.
It covers individual users, parents and learners, candidates, institutional users, business customers, and people making enquiries. The information involved depends on the service you use; not every category below is collected from every user.
AILL — Applied Intelligence Labs is operated by Applied Intelligence Labs Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India.

3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested features, personalise relevant experiences, generate outputs and reports, manage purchases, respond to enquiries, provide support, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where consent is required for a particular activity, we will request it. Information requested for one feature is not automatically required for all AILL services.
4. AI and voice processing
When you use an AI or voice feature, relevant inputs may be sent to service providers for functions such as language processing, transcription, speech generation, diagram generation, or evaluation.
Processing may involve conversation context or other information needed for the requested feature. Providers and models can vary by service and change over time.
Avoid including sensitive information that the feature does not need. Information about the providers used for a particular service can be requested at hello@aill.in.
6. Children’s information
Services intended for children require involvement and authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
We seek to collect only information needed for the relevant learning experience. We do not use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
Parents and guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s information, subject to identity verification and applicable requirements.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service and address applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Retention depends on the information, product, and any applicable customer agreement. Deletion may be subject to lawful exceptions and backup-retention cycles. This update does not itself extend retention commitments previously made for existing information.
You may request account closure or deletion through hello@aill.in. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason.
9. Security and international processing
We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can eliminate every security risk.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Applicable safeguards and service-specific arrangements govern that processing.
Where a security incident requires notification, we will notify affected parties and authorities in accordance with applicable requirements.
10. Your requests and choices
Contact hello@aill.in to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting.
Some requests may affect our ability to provide a feature. Organisation-managed users may also need to contact their organisation’s administrator.
11. Contact and changes
Privacy and grievance contact: Sujala Deva, hello@aill.in.
We will update this policy when relevant practices change, display its update date, and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
